The history of the jewelry

Sterling silver triskelia pendant on a belcher chain in sterling silver - (700 BC – 300 AD)

The triskelia is usually found in late Celtic art and is believed to have been influenced by the Romans, although there are examples of local variants in Ireland and Scotland.

It is said to represent the three realms in Celtic local tradition: the past, the present, and the future. The triskelia is one of the most popular Celtic designs and has survived well into the Christian period, probably because it could symbolize the Holy Trinity.
