The history of the jewelry

The small pendant is shaped like a dove and dates back to the Viking Age. It was discovered in Blekinge, Sweden. The dove is a Christian symbol and, along with the key to St. Peter's gate and the cross, these ornaments were particularly popular during the late Viking Age (950-1050).
